Our studio in the heart of the Kent and East Sussex countryside specialises in delivering true life changing results. We have no fads or quick fixes here, just science.

Base camp. Define your starting point with our InBody scan and body composition analysis. InBody is medically accredited by the NHS and will provide you with a full understanding of your current starting point. This continues weekly thereafter. Data, data, data…
Step 2
Your nutrition, accountability and the Go-FitUK App. Bespoke and tailored, it is here that we establish your personal goals and weekly planning. This continues daily thereafter. Data, data, data…

Small group personal training – LADIES ONLY Now let’s get to work! As with your nutrition protocol and accountability, we track everything. Data, data, data… So whether you’re new to exercise, or a seasoned athlete we will prescribe you with a regime that is specific in achieving your every goal. We have over 40 sessions a week for you to choose from. These are fun, impactful and tailored to you.
Step 4
Support. Measure, refine, repeat. We believe in empathetic coaching, understanding each person and for what they need and require in achieving their goals. We are all unique and we are all different. We check your progress every week, you have either progressed towards your goal or not. If not, we will make the changes based on the data, as per above that we have collected. Meaning that our adjustments are based on tangible data, and not emotions.
